A: We offer a variety of Valeting services which can be tailored to your needs. Refer to our service section for more information. We can help you choose the right one for you, just give us a call.
Q: What are the best packages for regular cleaning?
A: Many of our regular customers maintain their vehicles using our Maintenance packages every biweekly or monthly. Alternatively they use our Run-around Car Package once a quarter


Q: Do You Offer Same-Day Service?
A: If you call in, we can try our best! However, we are often booked in advance so it is difficult to book something on the same day. On average, you can expect to receive an appointment within 24 - 48 hours!
Q: How can I book a service with ED's Detailing?
A: Booking a service with ED's Detailing is easy. Simply visit our website or give us a call to schedule an appointment.


Q: What cleaning products do you use?
A: We use professional premium car valeting products from leading British car care product manufacturer AutoBrite, AutoGlym & AutoFinesse.
Q: Do I have to be present whilst my vehicle is being valeted?
A: No, it is entirely up to you. You can be in the comfort of your home or pop out whilst we valet your vehicle.


Q: What happens if it rains or snows?
A: We can still attend the appointment as we carry a canopy with us, however Hand wax/polish is not recommended in rainy weather conditions.
Q: Do you offer discount for regular customers?
A: Yes we do. Regular cleaning is better for your vehicle and allows us to change and adapt packages for customers.


Q: Can you clean my car if it has a damage?
A: We suggest NOT to clean if there is any significant damage. The best option is to get that repaired before the valet. If there is a small issue like an engine problem(if we clean the engine bay), water leak, broken windshield, peeling lacquer coating, etc. please let us know in advance as we can NOT take responsibility for any further damage.
